Our team maximized the space by creating 1-bedroom apartments of 641 square-feet each, and 2-bedroom apartments of 1,137 square-feet. The 2-bedroom units have their own personal balcony that fronts Carondelet Street. Each apartment unit is designed to include wood floors, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and painted wood cabinets. Skillfully blended historical charm and modern function appeal to downtown apartment dwellers.
